AlphaRank Private Alpha Testing Notice

1. Alpha Status

AlphaRank is an unfinished, experimental product made available to active OC members and designated AlphaRank operators for testing, evaluation, and feedback. It is not a finished or guaranteed service and should not be relied on for trading, compliance, tax, accounting, custody, security, or other high-stakes decisions.

2. Access Is Limited and Revocable

Alpha access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable. Registration does not guarantee admission, ongoing access, support, feature continuity, or eligibility for future plans. We may pause sign-ups or place accounts on a waitlist.

3. Bugs, Outages, and Data Resets

The alpha may contain serious bugs, inaccurate prices, wrong asset mappings, incorrect scores, security issues, missing data, duplicated events, broken links, or unavailable features. AlphaRank may reset, delete, migrate, replay, or alter test data, accounts, Alpha Slots, Slot Bankrolls, scores, rankings, and feature behavior.

Although AlphaRank may attempt to preserve public call history, no preservation, recovery, availability, or accuracy guarantee applies during the alpha.

4. No Service Level or Support Commitment

The alpha is provided without a service-level agreement, uptime commitment, support response deadline, maintenance window, backup guarantee, or obligation to continue any provider or feature.

5. No Compensation, Prizes, or Monetary Rights

Alpha participation, calls, feedback, Alpha Slots, Slot Bankrolls, scores, badges, and leaderboard placement do not entitle you to money, tokens, equity, prizes, reimbursement, employment, future access, or any other benefit. Alpha Slots and Slot Bankrolls have no monetary value.

An optional paid subscription purchases access to specified Service features only. Subscription fees do not purchase Alpha Slots, scores, leaderboard position, prizes, assets, trades, or financial returns.

6. Feedback

You may provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and ideas. You grant Star Forge LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, commercialize, and incorporate feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your separate User Content.

7. Security Reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately and in good faith. Do not access data beyond what is necessary, disrupt service, test third-party systems, demand payment, publicly disclose an unremediated issue, or exploit a vulnerability. No bug bounty or payment is offered unless AlphaRank agrees in writing before the report.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This Notice supplements the Terms of Service and incorporated policies. If this Notice conflicts with another policy on an alpha-specific issue, this Notice controls for the duration of the private alpha unless AlphaRank states otherwise.
